Single Serving Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pineapple rum

  • 6 oz passionfruit liqueur

  • 2 oz dry curaçao

  • 8 oz pineapple juice (from can of pineapple rings)

  • 11 oz apple juice (1 small bottle)

  • 9.6 oz apricot nectar (1 can of Goya)

  • 9.6 oz guava nectar (1 can of Goya)

  • 1/2 oz papaya nectar (1 can of Goya)

  • 12 oz pineapple soda (1 bottle)

  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Garnish

  • 1 can pineapple rings

  • 1 jar maraschino cherries

Hardware

  • Punch bowl

  • Ladle

  • Cups

How to make

  • Add scoops orange sherbet to a punch bowl and top with pineapple soda

  • Add pineapple rum, passionfruit liqueur, dry curaçao, pineapple juice, apple juice, apricot nectar, guava nectar, papaya nectar, and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Stir to combine

  • Garnish with pineapple rings and cherries (drained)

  • Serve
