Tart, red, fragrant and just the right amount of gin and absinthe botanicals. Dangerous, much like yours truly to never rub another man’s rhubarb

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Mint Leaves

  • 1/4 tsp Demerara sugar

  • 3-4 Black Berries

  • 2-3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz Rhubarb Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice

  • 3 oz Gin

  • Absinthe Spray

Garnish

  • Mint Leaves

  • Blackberry

  • Absinthe Spray

Hardware

  • Chilled coup glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Small Atomizer Spray

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add Mint leaves, sugar, and blackberries to the cocktail shaker and muddle

  • Add Peychaud's Bitters, lemon juice, Rhubarb Simple Syrup, cranberry juice, gin and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a chilled coup glass

  • Garnish with mint leaves, blackberry, and Absinthe Spray from atomizer

  • Serve
