Ingredients

  • Muddle: lime peel, Peychaud bitters, 10 basil leaves, and Demerara sugar

  • .5 oz Chartreuse

  • 1.5 oz scotch

  • 1.5 oz cognac

Garnish

  • 1/4 smoked dried basil leaves

Hardware

  • Chilled rocks glass

  • Ice

  • Drink smoker

How to make

  • To chilled rocks glass, add lime peel, Peychaud bitters, 10 basil leaves, and Demerara sugar and muddle

  • Add Chartreuse, scotch, and cognac

  • Add ice

  • Cover glass and smoke with 1/4 tsp dried basil

  • Serve
