The Thing’s Clobbering Time Punch

Pineapple Rum, Passionfruit Liqueur, Dry Curaçao, and tropical flavors —this is a drink that punches back.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple rum

  • 3/4 oz passionfruit liqueur

  • 1/2 oz dry curaçao

  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz apple juice

  • 1/2 oz apricot nectar

  • 1/2 oz guava nectar

  • 1/2 oz papaya nectar

  • 1 oz pineapple soda

  • 1 scoop orange sherbet

Garnish

  • Pineapple ring

  • Maraschino cherry

Hardware

  • Chilled goblet

  • Cocktail shaker

How to make

  • Add scoop of orange sherbet to a chilled goblet and top with pineapple soda

  • Add pineapple rum, passionfruit liqueur, dry curaçao, pineapple juice, apple juice, apricot nectar, guava nectar, papaya nectar, and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into the chilled goblet with the sherbet soda mixture

  • Garnish with pineapple ring and cherry

  • Serve
