Sal’s Bodega Breakfast Sausage Sandwich

Ooookay, listen up, puddin’ this right here? This is the masterpiece. You got a kaiser roll, a little fluffy, like the bun’s givin’ you a hug but also sayin’, ‘Hey, things might get messy.’ Two eggs! Not one, TWO! That’s ambition, baby. Then two sausage patties, thn, juicy, all savory and smug about it. And two slices of cheese! Double cheese is a lifestyle choice. Respect. Ooooh and the hot sauce! That’s the chaos ingredient. That’s the ‘let’s see what happens’ splash. Suddenly the whole thing’s spicy and dangerous. Mmmph! Oh wow! It’s greasy, it’s cheesy, it’s spicy, it’s like a breakfast explosion in your face and you’re weirdly grateful! Honestly? If I had this sandwich earlier, I mighta made better decisions that day. …Nah. Probably not.
