Look at this thing, huh? Remoulade. You see this? This ain’t no regular sauce. This got attitude. It’s creamy, yeah, but then - bam! - horseradish come in, little vinegar, little spice. It smile at you first… then it slap you. People think sauce is decoration. No. Sauce is power. You put this on shrimp, on crawfish, on sandwich…suddenly everything move different. It got heat, it got tang, it got that little kick in the back of the throat that say, ‘Don’t get comfortable.’ In this world, you gotta have flavor. First you get the bread. Then you get the meat. Then you get the remoulade. And when you got the remoulade… you got everything. Say hello to my little condiment.
