Terrance & Phillip’s Canadian Meat Rub
Ingredients
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic flakes
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp onion granuals
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red and green bell pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp dill seed
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp caraway seed
Ey, have you ever tried a meat rub, buddy? It’s like sprinkling an entire hockey game on your steak, eh? That’s right, it’s salty, it’s peppery, and it makes your steak so good you’ll be farting out French-Canadian poetry, buddy! Ha ha ha! It’s basically garlic, pepper, coriander, and magic maple dust, eh? You put it on a steak, and suddenly you feel like Jean Chrétien wrestlin’ a moose, buddy! Or like Céline Dion farting on a ribeye, eh!
Directions
Combine ingredients in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle. Grind to the size of table salt granules.
