Hamm Sandwich

All right, let's see what we've got here. Black Forest ham. Thin-sliced. Good start. Nice and dependable. And then...you invited fruit to the deli. Nobody told me there'd be fruit...well, I'll be a spud. The ham's smoky and savory, the cantaloupe's sweet and juicy, and somehow they fit together better than my ears on Mrs. Potato Head. Seeded New York rye—excellent choice. It's got enough personality to keep this whole operation from sliding apart. Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and salted butter? Three spreads? That's not overdoing it—that's proper assembly! The mayo keeps everything creamy, the Dijon adds just enough zip, and the butter sneaks in with that rich flavor that makes you wonder why more sandwiches don't hire it. You know, people are always telling me you can't just throw a bunch of odd parts together and expect them to work. Well, take it from someone who's literally made of interchangeable pieces...sometimes the best combinations are the ones that sound a little silly until you put them together. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to find a sandwich with detachable eyebrows.
