Biollante
A fruity and aromatic winter cocktail with muddled rosemary, gin, ginger, crème de cassis, peppermint syrup, and grapefruit.
Ingredients
2 oz gin
2 oz ginger liqueur
1/2 oz crème de cassis
3 oz grapefruit juice
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus more for garnish)
Demerara sugar cube
1 oz candy cane syrup
Grapefruit bitters
Garnish
rosemary sprigs dusted with sugar

How to make
In a cocktail shaker muddle 2-3 rosemary sprigs with the demerara sugar and 2-3 dashes of grapefruit bitters
Add the gin, ginger liqueur, crème de cassis, and grapefruit juice to the cocktail shaker with ice
Shake 8-10 seconds
Double strain into a chilled collins glass with ice
Garnish with rosemary sprigs dusted with sugar and grapefruit bitters
