Vermithrax Pejorative

A sweet guava and cinnamon bubbly cocktail garnished with smoking cinnamon stick.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz sliver rum

  • 1 oz aged rum

  • 2 oz guava nactar

  • .75 oz Cointreau

  • .5 oz lime juice

  • .5 oz Licor 43

  • .25 oz cinnamon syrup

  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 2 oz prosecco

Garnish

  • cinnamon stick

Hardware

  • chilled collins glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

  • torch

How to make

  • Add the Angostura bitters, silver and aged rums, guava nectar, Cointreau, lime juice, Licor 43, and cinnamon syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Strain into a chilled collins glass and top with prosecco, stir, and top with more ice.

  • Garnish with cinnamon stick ignited with a torch.

  • Serve.
