Twisted Flipper
A grapefruit and coconut tiki style cocktail with Peychaud bitters and topped with nutmeg
Ingredients
2 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz anisette
1 oz campari
1/2 oz cream of coconut
3 oz grapefruit juice
Peychaud bitters
Garnish
grated nutmeg
grapefruit peel
Hardware
chilled rocks glass
cocktail shaker
grater
ice
How to make
Add Peychaud bitters, grapefruit juice, cream of coconut, campari, anisette, coconut rum and ice to the cocktail shaker
Shake 8-10 seconds
Pour into a chilled rocks glass
Top with grated nutmeg and brapefruit peel garnish
