Twisted Flipper

A grapefruit and coconut tiki style cocktail with Peychaud bitters and topped with nutmeg

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum

  • 1/2 oz anisette

  • 1 oz campari

  • 1/2 oz cream of coconut

  • 3 oz grapefruit juice

  • Peychaud bitters

Garnish

  • grated nutmeg

  • grapefruit peel

Hardware

  • chilled rocks glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • grater

  • ice

How to make

  • Add Peychaud bitters, grapefruit juice, cream of coconut, campari, anisette, coconut rum and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Pour into a chilled rocks glass

  • Top with grated nutmeg and brapefruit peel garnish

  • Serve
