A tropical cocktail with pineapple and dark rum, cinnamon and passion fruit liqueur, grapefruit and pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple rum

  • 1 oz dark rum

  • 1/2 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whisky

  • 1 oz passion fruit liqueur

  • 2 oz grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

Garnish

  • mint

  • cherry

Hardware

  • chilled collins glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the pineapple rum, dark rum, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, passion fruit liqueur, grapefruit juice, and pineapple juice to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake 8-10 seconds.

  • Pour cocktail into a chilled collins glass and top with more ice.

  • Garnish with mint and cherry.

  • Serve
