The Kothoga
A mango, ginger, coconut cocktail with Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
1.5 oz toasted coconut rum
.75 oz ginger liqueur
.5 oz limoncello
.5 oz cream of coconut
2.5 oz mango nectar
Angostura bitters
Garnish
lemon peel
Hardware
chilled coup glass
cocktail shaker
ice
How to make
Add the coconut rum, limoncello, cream of coconut, ginger liqueur, mango nectar, and three dashes of Angostura bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake 8-10 seconds.
Pour cocktail into a chilled coup glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
