The Kothoga

A mango, ginger, coconut cocktail with Angostura bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz toasted coconut rum

  • .75 oz ginger liqueur

  • .5 oz limoncello

  • .5 oz cream of coconut

  • 2.5 oz mango nectar

  • Angostura bitters

Garnish

  • lemon peel

Hardware

  • chilled coup glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the coconut rum, limoncello, cream of coconut, ginger liqueur, mango nectar, and three dashes of Angostura bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake 8-10 seconds.

  • Pour cocktail into a chilled coup glass.

  • Garnish with lemon peel.

  • Serve
