Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz pineapple rum

  • 1.5 oz toasted coconut rum

  • .5 oz maraschino liqueur

  • .5 oz dry curacao

  • 3 oz Sprite

  • Peychaud bitters

Garnish

  • Peychaud bitters

  • Pineapple fronds

Hardware

  • Chilled collins glass

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add pineapple rum, toasted coconut rum, maraschino liqueur, dry curacao, and 3 dashes Peychaud bitters to your cocktail shaker

  • Add a scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into a chilled collins glass with ice

  • Top with Sprite

  • Garnish with dash of Peychaud bitters and pineapple fronds

  • Serve
