  • 3 oz Passion Fruit Nectar

  • .5 oz Lime Juice

  • Peychaud Bitters

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add champgne to chilled coup glass

  • Add gin, passion fruit liquor, passion fruit nectar, and lime juice to your cocktail shaker

  • Add a scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a coup glass with champagne

  • Garnish with cherry and lime wheel

  • Serve
