A Yellow Chartreuse Piña Colada with Pineapple and Toasted Coconut Rums and Peychaud Bitters
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz yellow chartreuse
1 1/2 oz pineapple rum
1 1/2 oz toasted coconut rum
3 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz cream of coconut
Peychaud’s bitters
Garnish
mint leaves
cherry
Peychaud’s bitters
Hardware
chilled coupe glass
cocktail shaker
ice
How to make
Add the yellow chartreuse, pineapple rum, toasted coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 2-3 dashes of Peychaud bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake 8-10 seconds
Strain cocktail shaker into coupe glass and top with 2-3 more dashes of Peychaud bitters.
Garnish with mint leaves and cherry.
