A Yellow Chartreuse Piña Colada with Pineapple and Toasted Coconut Rums and Peychaud Bitters

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz yellow chartreuse

  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple rum

  • 1 1/2 oz toasted coconut rum

  • 3 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz cream of coconut

  • Peychaud’s bitters

Garnish

  • mint leaves

  • cherry

  • Peychaud’s bitters

Hardware

  • chilled coupe glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the yellow chartreuse, pineapple rum, toasted coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 2-3 dashes of Peychaud bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain cocktail shaker into coupe glass and top with 2-3 more dashes of Peychaud bitters.

  • Garnish with mint leaves and cherry.

  • Serve
