Red Hulk

A light watermelon, peach, rum cocktail with muddled mint.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Jamaican rum

  • 1 oz peach liqueur

  • 1.5 oz watermelon juice

  • .5 oz lime juice

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • 1 demerara sugar cube

Garnish

  • mint

  • watermelon slice

Hardware

  • chilled rocks glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • mudler

  • ice

How to make

  • Add sugar and mint to the cocktail shaker and muddle.

  • Add rum, Malibu, yellow Chartreuse, Licor 43, and lemon juice to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass.

  • Garnish with watermelon slice and mint.

  • Serve
