Flyboy Zombie

A snow topped rum, orange, pineapple, white chocolate, vanilla, and more rum tiki cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz pineapple rum

  • 1 oz dark rum

  • 1 oz gold rum

  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur

  • 1 oz Galliano

  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1.5 oz pineapple Juice

  • 1.5 oz orange juice

  • .5 orgeat

  • chocolate bitters

  • Angostura bitters

Garnish

  • Tang

  • cherry, orange peel, pineapple fronds

Hardware

  • Tiki mug

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

  • shaved ice or snow

How to make

  • Add dash of angostura bitters, three dashes chocolate bitters, pineapple rum, dark rum, gold rum, white chocolate liqueur, Galliano, Cointreau, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and orgeat into a cocktail shaker and add ice.

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Pour cocktail with ice into a tiki mug

  • Top mug with shaved ice or snow, dust snow with Tang. Garnish with flag (orange peel & cherry) and pineapple fronds

  • Serve with a straw
