Nightingale

A sweet tequila watermelon margarita with a hint of rose.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila

  • .75 oz Anejo Tequila

  • .75 oz Limoncello

  • 3 oz Watermelon Juice

  • 2 bar spoons Rose Water

  • .75 oz Lemon Juice

  • .5 oz Rhubarb Syrup

Garnish

  • Black salt

  • Rose water in spray bottle

  • Lemon peel

Hardware

  • Chilled coup glass

  • Spay Bottle

How to make

  • Rim chilled coup glassh with black salt using rose water

  • Add blanco tequila, anejo tequila, limoncello, watermelon juice, rose water, lemon juice, and rhubarb syrup to a cocktail shaker

  • Add scoop of ice to cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into rimmed coup glass

  • Spay glass with rose water

  • Granish with a lemon peel

  • Serve
