  • Bar spoon mezcal

  • 1.5 oz silver tequila

  • Lime Peel

  • Prosecco (chilled)

  • Rose Water Pray

  • Peychaud Bitters

Garnish

  • Lime peel garnish

  • Rose water in spray bottle

  • Peychaud bitters

Hardware

  • Champagne Flute

  • Spay Bottle

How to make

  • To champagne flute, add bar spoon of mzcal, tequela, Pimm’s No. 1

  • Spay glass with rose water

  • Top glass with prosecco

  • Granish with a lime peel and dash of peychaud bitters

  • Serve
