Ingredients

  • 2 oz toasted coconut rum

  • 1 oz apple liquer

  • 2-3 dashes Angustura bitters

  • 1/2 oz lime Juice

  • 3 oz ginger beer

  • galliano spray

Garnish

  • galliano spray

Hardware

  • chilled coupe glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • small atomizer spray

  • ice

How to make

  • Add Angustura bitters, lime juice, toasted coconut rum, apple liquer, and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

  • Top with ginger beer and spritz with galliano spray from atomizer, garnish with cherry

  • Serve
