Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin

  • 1 oz Aperol

  • .5 oz Elder Flower Liquor

  • .5 oz Limoncello

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 3 oz Club Soda

  • Dash of Orange Bitters

Garnish

  • Basil Leaves

  • Lemon Peel

Hardware

  • Cilled rocks glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add gin, aperol, elder flower liquor, limoncello, lemon juice, and orange bitters to your cocktail shaker

  • Add a scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a chilled coup glass with ice

  • Top with club soda

  • Garnish with basil leaves and lemon peel

  • Serve
