Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol

  • .5 oz elderflower liqueur

  • .5 oz limoncello

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 3 oz club soda

  • Dash of orange bitters

Garnish

  • Basil leaves

  • Lemon peel

Hardware

  • Cilled rocks glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add gin, aperol, elderflower liqueur, limoncello, lemon juice, and orange bitters to your cocktail shaker

  • Add a scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice

  • Top with club soda

  • Garnish with basil leaves and lemon peel

  • Serve
