An effervescent champagne orange flower martini

Ingredients

  • 3 oz champagne

  • 3 oz Bombay Sapphire gin

  • 1/4 oz dry curaçao

  • 1/4 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 1/4 oz ginger liqueur

  • 2 bar spoons orange blossom water

Garnish

  • Orange bitters

  • Orange Peel

Hardware

  • Chilled coupe glass

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Pour champagne into a chilled coupe glass

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, curaçao, elderflower liqueur ginger liqueur, and orange blossom water to shaker

  • Shake cocktail 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into coupe glass

  • Top with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters

  • Garnish with orange slice
