An effervescent champagne orange flower martini

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne

  • 3 oz Bombay Saphire Gin

  • 1/4 oz Dry Curaçao

  • 1/4 oz Elder Flower Liquor

  • 1/4 oz Ginger Liquor

  • 2 bar spoons Orange Blossom water

Garnish

  • Orange bitters

  • Orange Peel

Hardware

  • Chilled coup glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Pour champagne into a chilled coup glass

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, curaçao, elder flower liquor, ginger liquor, and orange blossom water to shaker

  • Shake cocktail 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into coup glass

  • Top with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters

  • Garnish with orange slice
