A cantaloupe and muddled basil collins with Limoncello and grapefruit soda.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • .5 oz Limoncello

  • 2 oz grapefruit soda

  • 8-10 basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup chopped cantaloupe

Garnish

  • 3 basil leaves

  • 3 cantaloupe balls

Hardware

  • chilled collins glass

  • muddler

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the cantaloupe and basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

  • Add the vodka, Limoncello, and ice. to the cocktail shaker.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Double strain into a chilled coup glass with ice.

  • Top with grapefruit soda

  • Garnish with 3 basil leaves and 3 cantaloupe balls.

  • Serve.
