A tart passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple tequila cocktail with muddled mint.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz anejo tequila

  • .5 oz peach liqueur

  • 1 oz passion fruit liqueur

  • .5 oz lime juice

  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice

  • .25 oz orgeat

  • 2-3 dashes Peychaud bitters

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 1/4 tsp demerara sugar

Garnish

  • mint leaves

  • pineapple wedge

  • cherry

Hardware

  • chilled collins glass

How to make

  • Add mint leaves and demerara sugar to cocktail shaker and muddle.

  • Add tequila, passion fruit liqueur, peach liqueur, orgeat, lime juice, pineapple juice, and peychaud bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Double strain into a chilled collins glass.

  • Top with ice.

  • Garnish with mint leaves, pineapple wedge, and cherry.

  • Serve
