Lady Dimitrescu
A tart passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple tequila cocktail with muddled mint.
Ingredients
1.5 oz anejo tequila
.5 oz peach liqueur
1 oz passion fruit liqueur
.5 oz lime juice
1.5 oz pineapple juice
.25 oz orgeat
2-3 dashes Peychaud bitters
10 mint leaves
1/4 tsp demerara sugar
Garnish
mint leaves
pineapple wedge

How to make
Add mint leaves and demerara sugar to cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add tequila, passion fruit liqueur, peach liqueur, orgeat, lime juice, pineapple juice, and peychaud bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, 10-12 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled collins glass.
Top with ice.
Garnish with mint leaves, pineapple wedge, and cherry.
