  • 1 oz amaro

  • .5 oz creme de noyaux

  • 1.5 oz orange juice

  • Peychaud bitters

  • orange bitters

How to make

  • Add a scoop of ice to your chilled rocks glass

  • Attach your drink smoker to the chilled rocks glass per manufacturer’s instructions

  • Smoke the glass with black cardamom

  • Add cognac, amaro, creme de noyaux, orange juice, and Peychaud and orange bitters to your cocktail shaker

  • Dry shake the cocktail shaker ingredients and pour into smoked glass

  • Garnish with orange peel

  • Serve
