  • 1.5 oz Cognac

  • 1 oz Amaro

  • .5 oz Creme de Noyaux

  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice

  • Peychaud bitters

  • Orange Bitters

Garnish

  • Orange Peel

How to make

  • Add a scoop of ice to your chilled rocks glass

  • Attach your drink smoker to the chilled rocks glass per manufacturers instructions

  • Smoke the glass with balck cadamom

  • Add cognac, amaro, creme de noyaux, orange juice, and peychaud and orange bitters to your cocktail shaker

  • Dry shake the cocktail shaker ingredients and pour into smoked glass

  • Garnish with orange peel

  • Serve
