Haunted Sea
A bubbly floral tequila cucumber cocktail.
Ingredients
1.5 oz blanco tequila
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz maraschino liqueur
.5 oz elder flower liqueur
.5 oz pineapple syrup
3 oz seltzer
Peychaud bitters
8-10 mini cucumber rounds
Garnish
mint leaves
cherry
cucumber wheel
Hardware
chilled collins glass
cocktail shaker
ice
How to make
Add the tequila, maraschino liqueur, elder flower liqueur, pineapple syrup, lime juice, 3 dashes of Peychaud bitters, cucumber rounds and ice to the cocktail shaker.
Shake well, 10-12 seconds.
Pour into colloins glass and top with more ice and seltzer.
Garnish with mint leaves, cherry, and cucumber wheel.
Serve.
