Haunted Sea

A bubbly floral tequila cucumber cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blanco tequila

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • .5 oz maraschino liqueur

  • .5 oz elder flower liqueur

  • .5 oz pineapple syrup

  • 3 oz seltzer

  • Peychaud bitters

  • 8-10 mini cucumber rounds

Garnish

  • mint leaves

  • cherry

  • cucumber wheel

Hardware

  • chilled collins glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the tequila, maraschino liqueur, elder flower liqueur, pineapple syrup, lime juice, 3 dashes of Peychaud bitters, cucumber rounds and ice to the cocktail shaker.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Pour into colloins glass and top with more ice and seltzer.

  • Garnish with mint leaves, cherry, and cucumber wheel.

  • Serve.
