A smokey bubbly apple cinnamon gin cocktail that is sure to disappear

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin

  • 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 3 oz Apple Cider

  • 2 oz Champagne

  • Smoked Cinnamon

  • Absinthe Spray

Garnish

  • Apple slice coated with cinnamon sugar

  • Cherry

  • Absinthe Spray

Hardware

  • Cilled rocks glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Drink Smoker

  • Small Atomizer Spray

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add ice to a chilled rocks glass

  • Smoke glass with cinnamon using cocktail smoker

  • Add gin, creme de cassis, lemon juice, and apple cider to a cocktail shaker

  • Add scoop of ice to cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into smoked rocks glass

  • Top with champagne

  • Spay glass with absinthe using an atomizer

  • Granish with a cherry and apple slice coated with cinnamon sugar
