A smoky bubbly apple cinnamon gin cocktail that is sure to disappear

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin

  • 1/2 oz creme de cassis

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 3 oz apple cider

  • 2 oz champagne

  • smoked cinnamon

  • absinthe spray

Garnish

  • Apple slice coated with cinnamon sugar

  • Cherry

  • Absinthe spray

Hardware

  • Chilled rocks glass

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Drink smoker

  • Small atomizer spray

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add ice to a chilled rocks glass

  • Smoke glass with cinnamon using cocktail smoker

  • Add gin, creme de cassis, lemon juice, and apple cider to a cocktail shaker

  • Add scoop of ice to cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into smoked rocks glass

  • Top with champagne

  • Spray glass with absinthe using an atomizer

  • Garnish with a cherry and apple slice coated with cinnamon sugar
