A whiskey candy apple ginger cocktail with smoky cinnamon effervescence

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey

  • 1/2 oz ginger liqueur

  • 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur

  • 1/2 oz applejack

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 3 oz apple cider

  • 1/4 oz Luxardo cherry syrup

Garnish

  • Cherry

  • Burning cinnamon stick

Hardware

  • Cilled goblet glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Lighter or blowtorch

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add ice to a chilled goblet glass

  • Smoke glass with cinnamon using cocktail smoker

  • Add whiskey, ginger liqueur, maraschino liqueur, applejack, lemon juice, and apple cider to a cocktail shaker

  • Add scoop of ice to cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Double strain into goblet

  • Top with ice

  • Drizzle the Luxardo syrup on top of ice (it will fall to the bottom of the glass)

  • Garnish with a cherry and cinnamon stick

  • Ignite the cinnamon stick with a lighter or torch

  • Serve
