Green Man Inn Punch

An aromatic sweet cider, pineapple, ginger punch

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple rum

  • 1/2 oz crème de noyaux

  • 1/2 oz ginger liqueur

  • 3 oz cider

  • Absinthe spray

Garnish

  • mint sprig

  • absinthe spray

Hardware

  • chilled gobblet glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • small atomizer spray

  • ice

How to make

  • Add pineapple rum, creme de noyaux, cider, and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into a chilled goblet glass with ice

  • Top with absinthe spray from atomizer, and mint sprig

  • Serve
