Green Goblin

A dirty gin martini with Pisco and green Chartreuse muddled with lemon peel and orange bitters.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz gin

  • .5 oz green Chartreuse

  • .5 oz Pisco

  • .25 oz olive brine

  • 2 lemon zest peels

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Garnish

  • 3 olives

Hardware

  • chilled coup glass

  • muddler

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the lemon zest, olive brine, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

  • Add the gin, Pisco, green Chartreuse and ice. to the cocktail shaker.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Double strain into a chilled coup glass.

  • Garnish with 3 olives.

  • Serve.
