Flowers for Algernon
A bubbly botanical floral cocktail with hibiscus, violet, and elder flower.
Ingredients
2 oz Empress 1908 gin
.5 oz elder flower liqueur
.5 oz crème de violet
.5 oz hibiscus simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
3-4 cucumber rounds
1 oz club soda
Garnish
hibiscus flower
Hardware
chilled coup glass
cocktail shaker

ice
How to make
Add cucumber rounds to cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add gin, elder flower liqueur, crème de violet, hibiscus syrup, and lemon juice to the cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, 10-12 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coup glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with hibiscus flower.
