Eastwick Cherry

A cherry cocktail with yellow Chartreuse, rum, and a hint of chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse

  • 1 oz Jamaican rum

  • 1/2 oz Aperol

  • 1/4 oz Marashcino liqueur

  • 2 bar spoons chocolate liqueur

  • 1 1/2 oz dark cherry juice

Garnish

  • 3 cherries

Hardware

  • chilled coupe glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the yellow Chartreuse, rum, aperol, maraschino, chocolate liqueur, and cherry juice to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake 8-10 seconds.

  • Strain cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.

  • Garnish with three cherries.

  • Serve
