Day of the Triffids

A light effervescent vegetal gin cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Gin

  • .5 oz Blanco Vermouth

  • 3 Dashes Orange Bitters

  • 3 oz Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray Soda

  • 3-4 Cucumber Slices

Garnish

  • Cucumber Slices

  • Orange Bitters

Hardware

  • Cilled rocks glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Add orange bitters, vermouth, gin, and cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker

  • Add a scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into a chilled rock glass with ice

  • Top with Cel-Ray

  • Garnish with dash of orange bitters and cucumber slices

  • Serve
