A sweet cherry, bourbon, amaro, ginger cocktail with burnt rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz amaro

  • 1 oz ginger liqueur

  • 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1.5 oz black cherry juice

Garnish

  • rosemary sprig

  • cherry

Hardware

  • chilled rocks glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • lighter or blowtorch

  • ice

How to make

  • Add bourbon, amaro, ginger liqueur, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, cherry juice, and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice

  • Using a lighter or torch, burn the rosemary until smoking. Place on top of the cocktail while smoking and garnish with a cherry

  • Serve
