A cinnamon after dinner cocktail with a fireside aroma.
Ingredients
1.5 oz cognac
.5 oz coffee liqueur
.5 oz crème de noyaux
.5 oz Liber & Co. Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Garnish
cinnamon stick
Hardware
chilled cocktail glass
cocktail shaker
ice
torch
How to make
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add cognac, coffee liqueur, crème de noyaux, Liber & Co. Cinnamon Syrup, and chocolate bitters.
Shake well, 10-12 seconds.
Double strain into a rimmed cocktail glass.
Using a torch, ignite the end of the cinnamon stick.
Garnish with smoldering cinnamon stick.
