A cinnamon after dinner cocktail with a fireside aroma.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz cognac

  • .5 oz coffee liqueur

  • .5 oz crème de noyaux

  • .5 oz Liber & Co. Cinnamon Syrup

  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Garnish

  • cinnamon stick

Hardware

  • chilled cocktail glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

  • torch

How to make

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add cognac, coffee liqueur, crème de noyaux, Liber & Co. Cinnamon Syrup, and chocolate bitters.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Double strain into a rimmed cocktail glass.

  • Using a torch, ignite the end of the cinnamon stick.

  • Garnish with smoldering cinnamon stick.

  • Serve
