A light and bubly Pisco and tequila summer cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blanco tequila

  • 1 oz Pisco

  • .5 oz marchino liqueur

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • .5 oz agave syrup

  • Club soda

Garnish

  • mint

  • cherry

Hardware

  • chilled collins glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add tequila, Pisco, marchino liqueur, agave, and lime juice to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake well, 10-12 seconds.

  • Strain into a chilled collins glass.

  • Top with club soda

  • Garnish with cherry and mint.

  • Serve
