Beauregard and Tonic

A refreshing crème de violet and campari gin and tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Empress 1908 gin

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1/2 oz crème de violet

  • 1/2 oz lemon Juice

  • 3 oz tonic water

Garnish

  • lemon twist

Hardware

  • chilled rocks glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add gin, Campari, crème de violet, lemon juice and ice to the cocktail shaker

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Add 1 oz of tonic water to a chilled double rocks glass with ice.

  • Double strain cocktail shaker into rocks glass and top with remaining tonic water.

  • Garnish with lemon twist

  • Serve
