Beauregard and Tonic
A refreshing crème de violet and campari gin and tonic
Ingredients
2 oz Empress 1908 gin
1 oz Campari
1/2 oz crème de violet
1/2 oz lemon Juice
3 oz tonic water
Garnish
lemon twist
Hardware
chilled rocks glass
cocktail shaker
ice
How to make
Add gin, Campari, crème de violet, lemon juice and ice to the cocktail shaker
Shake 8-10 seconds
Add 1 oz of tonic water to a chilled double rocks glass with ice.
Double strain cocktail shaker into rocks glass and top with remaining tonic water.
Garnish with lemon twist
