  • 2 oz blanco tequila

  • 1 oz elder flower liquer

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 3 oz blood orange juice

  • Peychaud bitters

Garnish

  • blood orange slice

Hardware

  • chilled martini glass

  • cocktail shaker

  • ice

How to make

  • Add the tequila, elder flower, lime juice, blood orange juice, and 2-3 dashes or Peychaud bitters to the cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake 8-10 seconds.

  • Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass.

  • Garnish with blood orange slice.

  • Serve
