  • 1 oz Pimm’s No. 1

  • .5 oz Sweet Vermouth

  • 1.5 oz Sour Mix

  • Orange Bitters

Garnish

  • Orange Twist

  • Absinthe Spray

Hardware

  • Chilled martini Glass

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice

How to make

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice

  • Add gin, Pimm’s No. 1, sweet vermouth, sour mix, and orange bitters

  • Shake 8-10 seconds

  • Strain into a chilled martini glass

  • Garnish with Orange Twist and Absinthe spritz
