  • 1.5 oz scotch

  • 1 oz Aperol

  • .5 oz Canton

  • 1.5 Sprite

  • .5 oz lemon juice

  • Orange bitters

Garnish

  • Orange flair garnish

  • Chilled highball Glass

  • Ice

How to make

  • To chilled highball glass, add scotch, Aperol, Canton, and lemon juice to the glass

  • Add ice

  • Top glass with Sprite

  • Granish with a flamed orange peel and dash of orange bitters
