  • 1.5 oz Scotch

  • 1.5 oz cranberry juice

  • .5 oz sherry? Sweet vermouth? Crème de Noise?

  • Angostura bitters

  • 1 oz amaro

  • Absence spritz

  • Orange bitters

Garnish

  • Absence spritz

  • Orange bitters

Hardware

  • Chilled highball Glass

  • Ice

How to make

  • To chilled rocks glass, add ice

  • Add angostura bitters, scotch, sherry, amaro, and cranberry juice to the glass

  • Granish with a dash of orange bitters and spritz of Absence

  • Serve
