Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz scotch

  • 1.5 oz cranberry juice

  • .5 oz sherry? Sweet vermouth? Crème de Noyeaux?

  • Angostura bitters

  • 1 oz amaro

  • Absente spritz

  • Orange bitters

Garnish

  • Absente spritz

  • Orange bitters

Hardware

  • Chilled highball glass

  • Ice

How to make

  • To chilled rocks glass, add ice

  • Add angostura bitters, scotch, sherry, amaro, and cranberry juice to the glass

  • Garnish with a dash of orange bitters and spritz of Absente

  • Serve
