Tropical coconut tequila highball for instinct and reason.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gold tequila

  • 1 oz Pimm’s No. 1 

  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

  • 1 oz Lime Juice

  • 3 oz Coconut Soda

  • Orange bitters

  • Garnish mint leaves

Garnish

  • Orange bitters

  • Mint sprig

Hardware

  • Chilled highball glass

  • Ice

How to make

  • To a chilled highball glass add orange bitters tequila, Pimm’s No. 1, cointreau

  • Top with ice and coconut soda

  • Granish with sprig of mint

  • Serve
