Smokey mezcal sweet and tart with bitter botanicals.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mexcal

  • 1.5 oz cranberry juice

  • Crème de Noyaux

  • Peychaud bitters

  • 1 oz Pimm's No. 1

  • Jägermeister spritz

  • Lemon wedge coated in sugar and torched

Garnish

  • Lemon wedge coated in sugar and torched

  • Jägermeister spritz

Hardware

  • Chilled rocks Glass

  • Ice

  • Torch

How to make

  • To chilled rocks glass, add ice

  • Add Peychaud bitters, mezcal, Creme de noyaux, Pimm’s No. 1, and cranberry juice to the glass

  • Granish with a lemon wedge coated in sugar and set on fire, spritz with Jägermeister

  • Serve
